Used condition.  There is light staining on the dish towels.  The embroidered Mexican man dish towel is approx. 16 1/2" x 19 1/2" and the embroidered mama bunny with babies is approx. 28" x 16".  The bunny dish towel has a mended edge out of the bottom which you could cut off all the way and re-embroider the edge.  The butterfly theme place mat is homemade and is approx. 16 1/2" X 12 1/4".
