This is a 200-year-old tradition that was first introduced to the stage performance because of a story told from the old history of the Tang Dynasty - Prince Lan-Linig of the Nothern Qi was a great warrior. To frighten his enemies, he would wear a fearsome mask when he went to war and he proved how strong he was. Thus, the custom of actors wearing masks began.

This is a New Old Stock that comes in a light cardboard box that measures 4-3/8" x 4", some scuffs. Keychain itself measures about 3" total length.
