These little hangers as the advertising calls them are in a little zip type storage bag with a car outline in blue with "Happy Motoring" scrolled through the car image.  Also an Esso logo on it.  The enclosed instructions go into great detail how you can use these little plastic yellow clothespins.  I actually have a set of them in my laundry room which I still use.  If you collect those Esso giveaways this could be the one you are missing.  Everything is in nice condition.  The Happy Motoring Script has a little smudge.
