This is a Homer Laughlin Best China Resturant Ware Platter with a very unsual blue design on the border,sorry I don't know the name of the pattern.

It is in excellent condition with no usage wear, and is marked on the back. Platter is 12 inches long and approx.8 1/4 inches wide. Great steak platter for the chef and or for Homer Laughlin collector!
