Argan oil is obtained from the fruits of the argan tree, native to Morocco, which grows in restricted areas, needing specific climatic conditions. By cold pressing the seeds, a high biological and nutritional quality oil is obtained, with remarkable properties, which preserves intact all the active ingredients of the seed rich in polyunsaturated essential fatty acids, tocopherols, antioxidant and sterol phenolic compounds.
