Method of preparation:
Internal use - over a teaspoon of the plant, pour 250 ml boiling water and leave it covered for 10-15 minutes, then strain.
External use - over 2-4 teaspoons of the plant, pour 250 ml boiling water and leave 10 - 15 minutes covered, then strain.

Administration method:
Internal use - drink 2-3 cups of tea per day.
External use - compresses, gargle, local baths.
