Way of ussage:
If necessary, cut the straps to fit inside the shoe.
Cut along the contour that fits the size of the shoe or use the original belt as a template.
For best results, remove the existing beads and replace them with the Scholl GelActiv beads, with the gel side facing down.
Replace the bears with signs of wear; recommended every 6 months.
