This listing is for a unique jeweled pill box.  The box is quite fancy with rhinestones, faux pearls and an art glass navette shaped marbled cab.  The design is quite regal.  There is a mermaid figure (or naked lady) on each side. One figure has more distinct facial features than the other but a bigger bust.  Go figure these old vintage pieces.  :)  

The top of the lid has an interesting mix of designs.  There is a crown on topped with with a Fluer De Lis. The overall design seems like it could be a shield but it comes to a base like a vase.  Please see photos.  It is quite busy.  The box has minor vintage patina.  The inside is clean.  There is a rough spot on the back where a price tag was likely removed.  I tried to capture it in the photos but it doesn't really show up.  Overall nice.  Very intriguing for the pill box collector!  

Pill box 1.5" square and .75" wide.  The hinge works well and the box closes flush.  An elegant piece!
