Delightful visit to back in the day. This brightly colored, detailed tin was part of a vehicle series created by Hershey Chocolates. #1 from 2000.  Lid fits tightly. Inside is clean and free of rust. Wheels turn which adds to the fun. A minor ding can be felt but doesn't show on the textured, embossed surface. Measures 7.25" X 3.5" X 4.25" Look for Hershey and other vintage tins in my booth.
