Tile is in good condition as shown in photos. It looks like a ceramic tile, but I believe it's made of resin, but I'm not sure. It weighs about 10 oz. Hardware for hanging on the wall is embedded in the back.

Designed by Théophile Steinlen in 1896 for what is perhaps the first “Cabaret” establishment, located in Paris, it announces a tour (“tournée” in French) to other cities (“prochainement"=coming soon) of Le Chat Noir's troupe of cabaret entertainers. Rodolphe Sallis is the name of the impresario.
