Used tester which powers up and gets the readout as shown.

I believe there may be problems with the unit so it is being sold "as is" for parts and or repair. No warranty,no returns.

I do not know what the problems are, I was told that it was not fully functional from the company

I purchased it from.Sorry no instruction manual or other accessories.

Cosmetically clean with minor scuffs and scratches.
