For your consideration, here is a Vintage 1950's How To Do It Rose Growers Handbook, by Howards of Hemet, from Hemet, California.  It has a date of 1955 on it.  It has wear on the covers.  There are some small 1/8 inch tears at the top of the back cover.  It will be mailed in a bubble mailer with foam core stiffeners.  Item pictured is the actual item up for sale and comes from a non-smoking household.  (559.54m-.6hc)
