Here is a set of two vintage Santa and Mrs.Claus Ceramic Christmas salt and pepper shakers, probably dating from the 1950s or early 1960s, and most likely made in Japan. Each shaker is holding a sign that reads Merry Xmas. Both pieces still have their stoppers on the bottom. They measure approximately 5" tall. There is a good amount of paint rubs on the pieces, and the “Merry Xmas” signs they are holding has the text rubbing off.
