For your consideration, here is the Mortal Kombat Sega Game Gear Game Cartridge with case and instruction booklet, from Sega/Arena, made in Japan. The game cartridge is in excellent shape. It looks brand new and has a nice shiny label. I have not tested it.

The instruction booklet has a little wear on it and there is some slight creasing in the bottom right corner of the front cover.  Item pictured is the actual item up for sale and comes from a non-smoking household. (148.151x-.6bb)
