Item description for Vintage Bracelet Black Gold Metal Overlapping Cuff Panel Disks Clasp

This is an unusual and bold black and gold metal bracelet that has sections that overlap one another in a unique construction to form a beautiful design. This creates a 3D appearance, almost like an Armadillo’s armor. The bracelet has an inner wrist measurement of approximately 2 1/8 inches when closed and is 1 ½ inches wide. It has a fold over box style clasp. This is difficult to measure because of the construction of the bracelet, but it definitely is for someone who is small boned with a small wrist.

This elegant bracelet is in good vintage condition as you can see by the enlarged photographs. There are minor scratches and finish wear, but this was a bracelet that my Mom wore a lot. It has a patina that shows its age, especially between and underneath the panels. It lies on the arm beautifully and has a secure clasp. Please look at the photos as they are part of the description and show the details better than I can describe. If you are looking for a mint condition collector’s item, this is not for you. The imperfections only show if you look closely for them and when it is being worn it is quite stunning.

This is a hard to find vintage bracelet to add to your collection of vintage jewelry. It will look great with that little black dress or with your favorite pair of jeans.
