NEW in sealed package.  What a great gift for that someone special.  The nicely decorated toe nail clipper is Robin Egg Blue with Darker Blue and green polka dots.  It is plastic and the clipper mechanism is chrome plated.  You can clip your nails easily with the large and comfortable to hold clipper.  Made of metal and plastic and is imported from China.  It is wrapped in bubble wrap and sealed in plastic. 

The approximate size is 3 1/4 inches long x 5/8 inch wide x 3/4 inch deep.
