Vintage original 14x22 in. US window card from the classic 1960's musical fantasy comedy/romance, SNOW WHITE AND THE THREE STOOGES, released in 1961 by Columbia Pictures and directed by Walter Lang and Frank Tashlin. Based on the classic fairy tale, Larry, Moe, and Curly Joe (the Three Stooges) substitute for the Seven Dwarfs while the princess Snow White (Olympic figure skating champion Carol Heiss) is forced to flee from her jealous stepmother, the queen (Patricia Medina), who takes drastic steps to insure that Snow White never gains the throne. The cast includes Edson Stroll, Guy Rolfe, and Michael David.

This vintage original window card was issued for the film's original theatrical release. It is unrestored and unfolded as originally issued in very fine- condition with one pinhole and two sets of staple holes in the top blank imprint area; a light horizontal wave just beneath the film's title; two small creases along the bottom border in the left half; light signs of wear on a few places along the edges; and a few small creases from handling over time which are unobtrusive. There are no pinholes, tears, stains, or other flaws and the color tints are fresh and vibrant without any signs of fading.

Snow White and the Three Stooges was the first Stooges film shot in color, the most expensive movie they ever made, and the only Stooges film shot in a widescreen format.  The classic slapstick Stooge routines are kept to a minimum in this film, in part because by 1961, when this film was released, The Three Stooges' classic Columbia shorts were being shown on television, and Moe Howard was said to be very sensitive to parental complaints about the violence in the shorts. Carol Heiss had won the Olympic gold for skating the year before. The film was designed as a showcase for her talents, hence the frequent interruptions in the plot for skating sequences. Director Walter Lang replaced Frank Tashlin during production and was also the final film of director Walter Lang, who directed his first film in 1926.
