Here's what you get with your costume:

a Tunic and Hat

Choice of white top

(dickie collar or long sleeve turtleneck)

a waist Belt (choose your favorite red)

DESCRIPTION

The Tunic

is made of a poly/cotton broadcloth Fabric. It is machine washable and dryer safe. This tunic has shoulder pads for a nicer look and round out your shoulders. It is meant to resemble Link's tunic from Ocarina of Time

I gotta tell ya, the dye lot for the green really goes back and forth from that color of the tunic to the color of the hat. Right now it is looking like the tunic. It is definitely not as bright as the Display gallery picture. I can't find that color since hancock fabric closed but I just love that picture so much!

The Hat has a small piece of elastic at the nape of the neck for just a little stretch. This hat will stay nicely on your head.

There is a band that folds back once.

The Waist Belt can be BURGUNDY, Crimson or RED.

You will need to choose.

All the belts have a real working buckle the waist belt one is solid brass, the shoulder belt one is plated. Both are heavy and quite substantial.

You will need to make the hole in the belt to get your perfect fit.

I include a tack for you to poke the hole

I don't want to mar it up by putting a big hole in the wrong spot. But even if you do, it is a tiny tack prick so it won't matter, you can diminish the hole in the vinyl with a hair dryer. Found this out from a buyer with cats! She almost ordered a new set of Twilight Princess bracers after cats got hold of hers but figured out this fix!

These are the actual buckles that will be on your belts.

The shoulder belt is made of brown vinyl that looks like leather. There are strips of the same vinyl sewn and glued onto the belt to resemble the pads on Link's belt.

These strips are only on the "front" showing part of the belt. They do not go all the way around the belt that will cross your back. About 3-5 strips (depends on belt length) on either side of the buckle, so 8-12 total.

There is NOTHING on this belt that will support a sword that you may have.

The white Collar Layer:

Choose a dickie style that laces up (fake shirt, just the collar with front and back flaps to hold it in place under the tunic).

If you don't mind bare arms, then this is great for reducing layers and keeping you cooler. It has 10 eyelets and white cord lacing.

OR choose the Long Sleeve Turtleneck with lacing detail at the neck:

The Shoe Covers are the same brown leatherlike Vinyl I use for the rest of the accessories but have a golden (mustard color) different kind of material for the cuff.

They also have a burgundy strap at the cuff with a little brass buckle. The little strap matches the waist belt and will be red if you request a red waist belt.

The covers go over and completely cover your own shoes with elastic that goes around the sole to hold them on.

**HOW LONG do you want your tunic?

I need you to tell me exactly how long you want your tunic. Here's how to measure:

measure from the tip top of your shoulder down the front of you (over all your bumps), to the place on your leg where you want your tunic to end. And then add 2 inches. I will question it if it seems too short in reference to your height. If you are 5'2" or taller and come up with less than 33", double check! I'm expecting 33" -38" for this

What color do you want your WAIST BELT? (RED, Crimson or Burgundy)

Did you know that Link's belts are different colors? The shoulder belt is brown like the boots while the waist belt is red. And there is a buckle strap on the boot that matches the color of the waist belt.

If you wanted to add deluxe gauntlets, this color would also appear as the accent between the brown rings.

I will attach it to your shoulder belt.

The sword is 27" long It has a Grey blade that is blown plastic (the best because it cannot snap off and become dangerous).

The jewels glued at the base of the blade make it even stronger, but it is mainly a prop that you'll just want to use for show (although my boy beats the heck out of his and it has not busted yet). This is a plastic, toy sword that I have purchased and painted to resemble the master sword.

The sheath is 21" long and is covered with blue fabric and decorated with ribbon, rafia and fabric paint. This is a plastic, toy sheath that came with the toy sword that I purchased.

I'm making more because you can't find an OoT version anywhere! Everybody makes TP

15"x 20" lightweight foamboard, approx 1/2" thick. The design is made with cardstock/decoupage, spray paint and tacks for added depth. The back of the shield is painted silver like the edge on the front and the straps are brown and not adjustable. It can be held on either arm.

I am only selling them as an add on to this costume.

The shield has a raised frame, an additional layer of foamboard for a more 3 dimensional look.

The duck tape around the edge is visible on the back.

Maybe I'll finish it to order and figure out how to make at least one strap adjustable so there is a tight strap to hold and an adjustable strap for arm. I'd need to know which arm you'll hold it with and it would not be switchable after that. Tell me what you think! I love to chat about it!
