A vintage ashtray from Jerry's Nugget Casino, Las Vegas Blvd. North & Main, privately owned and operated by the Stamis family. Jerry's Nugget was founded in 1964 and was originally the site of the Town House Bar.

The company celebrated its 50th anniversary in 2014.
