IMPORTANT: Cancellation of orders after shipping has been issued, are not accepted. Unclaimed, Refused or Returned Packages are subject to a 20% Restocking Fee with no exceptions. Please, keep track of your package to avoid your item to return to us as UNCLAIMED. In the case of returned merchandise, shipping cost from our warehouse to you (USPS $19.95) or (DHL $59.95) are not refundable. Our shipping carrier is (USPS/DHL) and in case of a return package as unclaimed or refused, (DHL/USPS) will charge for your package to be returned to us and such charges will be deducted from the final refund to the buyer. Please note that it is the buyer’s full responsibility to cover any shipping and handling charges of their package back to us.
If you receive a defective or damage unit, we as a company will offer you customer support that allows both parties to solve the problem satisfactorily. If you decide to return the product because you understand that it “does not match the description of the product”, the company will ask for the following evidence: Photo of the box in front and behind, photo of the items that arrived inside the box individually, photo of the documents that we include inside the box or any other information that allows us to validate your claim. If you refuse to submit any evidence, the case will be dismissed automatically.
