It has a copyright date of 2002 on it, and was published by Alfred Publishing Company, Inc. It is in good condition, for its age. There are also some scuffs and light stains the music as well. The music is 15 pages long. There are many tears along the edges, and there are pencil and pen notations throughout the music. This is a great, piece of sheet music in need of some TLC, and still a great find.
