What I can tell you about this item. This item was a store return. Item looks as if was not a fit for one reason or another and returned. Minimal to no handler wear. Everything is present and accounted for. The mail box has not one scratch or scuff excellent new condition. Lock, Emblem and keys all present. No hanging hard wear. Takes 2 screws. The Designer Locking Vertical Wall Mount Mailbox is made from galvanized steel for lasting durability and strength. This large capacity wall mount unit mounts vertically to the exterior of your home and is designed with an inner compartment wide enough to accept larger pieces of mail including magazines. The mailbox is an elegant classic unit featuring a powder coat with a decorative silver emblem for added durability and style. The mailbox has an incoming mail slot with a heavy duty cam lock that is concealed by a flap door for added security and protection from weather elements.

Freight Shipments If your order is over 150 pounds, or we deem it necessary to keep your order safe (in example, heavier refrigeration equipment), your order will ship on a pallet, using R&L Carriers, FedEx Freight, etc. We can also handle truckloads and partial shipments of heavier machinery.

International Shipping We offer swift, economical shipping via USPS, DHL and FedEx. Please contact us if you would like an international shipping quote. Unless otherwise negotiated, international customers are always required to pay all applicable taxes, duties, and fees. USPS, UPS and FedEx generally bills these charges prior to delivery.
