Mt. Vernon Bell in Brown by Viking Glass, #7836, Made in USA



As the Desert Sun blazes and sparkles in the noon sky, this persimmon bell bowl does the same, the panels and cross hatch diamond pattern on the bowl and the handle captures and reflects the light radiantly.

This Viking Hobnail Bell #7836 was introduced in 1978.

In a Viking Catalog the heading says, "Bells - Nowhere in the world of glass can you find more colorful and delightful collection of bells than these from Viking.

This item has been discontinued, very rare and hard to find.

Bell collectors love the wide range of colors and patterns.

Material: Glass, Handmade.

Color: Brown.

Bell measures: 2 3/4" diameter at the lip x 4 3/4" tall.

Original Viking label still affixed.

I have inspected it well and find no defects at all.

Pristine Condition: No chips, cracks, discoloration, fleabites, nicks, repairs, scratches or stains.

There may/may not be some tiny embedded bubbles and/or straw marks (creases) in some pieces, this is normal with glass from this era.
