Shipping and Insurance:

We will combine items to save on shipping, if possible.  Request an invoice & WAIT for us to send you a combined shipping invoice BEFORE paying.

We ship within 3 days of payment clearing our account.

Your purchase is INSURED by USPS.  If your item arrives broken;

Take pictures of the box, packing & the broken item & forward the pictures to us.  We will then open a claim with the post office & your entire payment including the shipping fee will be refunded to you.

If your package has not arrived after 10 days - contact us & we will file a lost package claim.

 

Returns: NO RETURNS

Most of our items are vintage and are Sold As Is (WYSIWYG - click to enlarge view).  Please keep that in mind when purchasing, as some older items have normal wear, a natural characteristic for well loved vintage item.  We have No way of knowing if these items are smoke or pet free, so if you are sensitive to that...j/s.  If you have a question about something just ASK, I'm more than happy to provide more details, photo's, etc...

You must notify us within 2 days of receipt of the item if for some reason a return is necessary.  We want to make things right if we inadvertently make an error.  Please give us a chance to come together on a solution before filing a claim or leaving negative feedback.

Items to be returned MUST be received in 7 days.
