Used seat belt receptable.  This is a rear, fits either side LH (driver) or RH (passenger's) side.  This would bolt between the back seat and the tunnel.  This is medium gray (color correct for 98-99), and in good condition with minor fading and scratches.  Listing is for 1 belt as shown.  Fits the following:

98-99 Camaro
98-99 Firebird/Trans Am
