This is a vintage Goldtone RHINESTONE TEARDROP BRACELET and PIERCED EARRINGS SET!

In a goldtone metal, the thin bangle style bracelet has a teardrop shape that is filled with small round rhinestones!  This is part of the clasp, the one end of the bracelet hooks thorugh this!

The earrings are a match of this decorative teardrop!  They have post backs for pierced ears.
