This is a purple seat cushion issued for the 1999 110th Rose Parade with ARCO "War of the Worlds" featured in this seat cushion.  Measures 13-1/2" x 13-1/2" x 1-1/2" thick. In new condition.

The Rose Parade, hosted by the Pasadena Tournament of Roses, is an annual parade to mark the start of the Rose Bowl Game, held mostly along Colorado Boulevard in Pasadena, Calfifornia on New Year's Day (unless it falls on a Sunday then on January 2 instead). It includes flower-covred floats, marching bands and equestrian units followed in the afternoon by the Rose Bowl, one of the major bowl games in college football.
