Gazebo Room dressing has been synonymous with authentic Greek flavor ever since they opened the doors to the famous Gazebo Room restaurant in beautiful downtown Harrisburg, Pa.  This was where this amazing salad dressing was born and quickly became so popular that they started to manufacture and bottle it separate from the restaurant just to keep up with demand.  Eventually the company did so well from the sales of the dressing, that they decided to close the restaurant and put all of their focus on the dressing, which is now a popular regional brand and can be found on nearly every grocery store shelf all throughout Pennsylvania. 

This dressing is the closest thing we've ever found to tasting like the dressing they use at the O***e Garden.  Aside from being a fantastic Greek dressing for salads, we love it as a marinade on chicken and steaks...it's also our go to dressing whenever we want to add some kick to a fresh Italian sub.  (that zesty Italian stuff doesn't even come close!)  It is made with soybean and olive oil so it's naturally high in unsaturated and monounsaturated fat.  It's gluten free and has 0 grams of trans fat per serving.  It doesn't even need to be refrigerated!
