For your consideration is a beautiful vintage Impulsive dress.  This dress was worn once to a formal style party when pregnant.  It is from the early 90's.  A wonderful dark navy blue empire waist.  It has a loose top part with ribbon embellishment at the edge that ends at the empire waist.  It has short sleeves and ties for the empire waist.  Has shoulder pads and that sexy slit over the left leg.  It is 45% Acetate and 55% Rayon.  Midi length in a size 8.  Measurements:
