Now that many sterling patterns have been discontinued, custom pieces have become a staple in the sterling silver industry and are widely offered by mainstream sterling flatware dealers.

We take great care packaging every item to ensure safe shipment to you. Shipping is free in the Continental US. Once your order has been processed and we have received cleared payment, your item will be dispatched as soon as possible.

DOMESTIC SHIPPING:

Domestic shipping is FREE on most items (see the listing for details). Free shipping does not include insurance. Contact us prior to making payment if you would like us to provide you with an insurance quote.

Signature is required on all orders over $750.

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS: It is our pleasure to work daily with clients around the globe.

US SALES TAX:
The United States Supreme Court's recent ruling in South Dakota vs. Wayfair subjects most remote and online retail purchases to sales tax. Due to these new sales tax laws for online purchases, we are required to collect sales tax on orders to most states.

If you have a sales tax exemption or resale certificate, this must be registered and approved by the marketplace. We are unable to remove sales tax for orders where the marketplace collects and remits the tax. In this case, buyers must apply for sales tax exemption directly with prior to making purchase.

In a rare instance of a typographical error on price or in a description, we reserve the right to cancel and refund your order. Similarly, if an item is not available due to a stock discrepancy, we will refund your order.

Any item returned or unclaimed after our stated return policy will incur a 30% restocking fee.
