(#3292): This is a Collector Plate Celebrating a 6^th Wedding Anniversary.  It was hand crafted in Japan, #AP-606 and measures approximately 7 inches in diameter. Sorry I do not have the original box. The plate is in very good condition, only on display in Curio Cabinet. No scratches, wearing of gold edging or chips of any kind.
