Up for sale is an authentic 
2007 Chinese 3 Yuan Silver Panda in NGC PF 69 Ultra Cameo.
 

This is one of 25 different designs of these 2007 Silver Pandas and it's from 1990 and had a mintage of only 30,000. It was issued to commemorate the 25th Anniversary in 2007. One of these Silver Pandas recap the designs from prior years (1982-2007) on the obverse and the reverse depicts an image of the Temple of Heaven plus the anniversary statement.
The coin comes in NGC holder with the Panda style label shown. The coin contains 1/4 of a troy ounce of .999 Pure Silver.
