Ratings System
Our ratings system is based mostly on cosmetics and scratches to discs.
All games have been tested and work fine. A low rated game will play.
Things like rental stickers, marker, scratches, or discoloring can affect how the game is rated.
We are strict in our ratings to bring you the most accurate description. Most of the time you will see the reason for a rating from the pictures.
A '10' rating means it's perfect - '1' is still playable, but cosmetically horrible.
Return Policy
Returns will only be accepted 14 days after the item is delivered (as per USPS tracking) if game is unplayable or malfunctioning.
Please understand that for the majority of these games, we don't test every single portion of the game. So even though we do test each game and only sell them if they run perfectly, there could be an issue that we didn't discover (unless under special circumstances where it's noted in the description). If this is the case we would be more than happy to either refund you or give you a replacement (if available).
We cannot accept returns if you do not like the game or if your system cannot play NTSC format, sorry.
