- SHIPPING CHARGES are NOT NEGOTIABLE AFTER YOU BID (OR on ANY "Best Offer"). We generally use only the shipping options shown, do not bid and then ask us to change the price or method.
- We do NOT use COD, 3rd party, or bill to account numbers. We do NOT have access to FedEX
- UPS is insured and trackable along the way.
- US Postal is not as easily trackable- generally shows pickup and delivery only.
SHIPPING ARRIVAL TIMES:
- We generally ship items within 1 - 5 business days depending on our schedule, then it takes an additional 2-6 BUSINESS DAYS in TRANSIT depending on your location, so it may take 1-2 weeks before your item arrives. If you need it faster, ASK PRIOR TO BIDDING if we can accommodate your time frame so as to manage your expectations. We do NOT accept returns because of "item no longer needed," "took longer than expected," etc.
SHIP TO ADDRESS:
- We Ship to/PayPal listed buyer address ONLY; We do NOT ship to a different address. If you want it sent elsewhere, you must add another address to your PayPal shipping address and then select it when paying for the item. It is YOUR responsibility to ensure your address is up to date prior to bidding. Incorrect address, multiple addresses, change of address, failure to sign for the package, causing reshipping/re-routing will be at the BUYER'S expense
PO#S, ATTN, ETC:
- We do not put PO #s, ATTN, or special notations on packages. If you need that, please add it to your PayPal address before paying so it prints on your label automatically (You can then delete it after paying for the item).
COMBINED SHIPPING:
- Large items generally not offered unless you ask before bidding. For small items, enter quantity desired in shipping calculator for multiples of same item. Otherwise ask BEFORE bidding as sometimes the shipping calculator goes crazy on listings when you type in multiple quantities due to unknown packaging factors or the inability to figure cheapest way in one box. Contact us with the zip code if the shipping price does not reduce for quantity BEFORE bidding.

- If international option is not shown on the item you desire, please contact us before bidding and we may be able to add that option for you, so you can see the shipping fees before you bid.

LOCAL PICKUP:
- We are located in Owego, NY (Near Binghamton) just off of Rt. 17/I-86 (approximately 3 hours from NYC, Rochester, Albany, Buffalo, Philadelphia; 2 hours from Syracuse; and 4 hours from Lancaster, Pittsburgh, Harrisburg).
- Some sellers charge a pickup fee. Our fair policy is this (unless stated otherwise in ad): Pickup is ONLY available Mon. - Fri. 9-5 (NO weekends; we do not stay late or come in early). You must let us know ahead of time when you can come and then receive acknowledgement that we have item ready for pickup as some items are in off site storage. Prepay (PayPal) or bring cash on pickup (CASH ONLY, No checks!) On some large items, you can prepay and we can set item outside for you to pickup at your convenience. Unless other arrangements are made, pickup is due within 2 weeks of the end of auction. $10/week storage fee thereafter.
- NO PICKUP FEE IF YOU WALK IN, PAY, WALK OUT WITH ITEM.
- $10 PICKUP FEE IF YOU NEED US TO EXPLAIN YOUR ITEM TO YOU, HOW TO USE IT, TEST / DEMONSTRATE IT, OR HELP YOU WRAP, PROTECT, BOX, PACK OR LOAD IT IN YOUR VEHICLE OR OTHER USE OF OUR WORKERS' TIME/MATERIALS.
PAYMENT and NON PAYMENT :
- Forms accepted listed in ad or contact us. We can only take credit cards through PayPal. Payment is due within 10 days of auction end. Do NOT bid if you will not be able to pay the full amount of the auction and shipping within 10 days. We do NOT cancel transactions. We DO file a non-paying bidder report on all non-paying bidders.
FEEDBACK:
- We usually leave positive feedback for all positive transactions for which we receive feedback and prompt payment. However, due to our volume, we often wait a few weeks and do a bulk amount at one time. Buyers who harass or "nag" us for feedback may not receive positive feedback

- UNLESS LISTED OTHERWISE in description: all items sold as-is, all sales final, no returns, no refunds, no partial refunds. Unless noted otherwise, used items are sold as-is, no guarantees.
