All functions of this phone are guaranteed to work properly or you may return it within 7 days of receipt
for repair or exchange (at our discretion). Please see 'Returning Merchandise' below for instructions.
We test our phones with a stock, charged battery. The used battery that comes with your phone is not
guaranteed but will normally perform well.

IF YOUR PHONE IS NOT RECEIVED AS ADVERTISED IN AUCTION - Please email us ASAP so that
we may remedy the situation. You can reach us by clicking the 'Ask a Question' link on the top right of
this page. In order to return a product, you must contact us within 7 days of the date delivered. NO
EXCEPTIONS WILL BE MADE. If more than 7 days have passed since date of receipt the RMA
(Return Merchandise Authorization) will be denied. You will be responsible for returning the item to
CommCentral. We will, at our discretion, either repair or replace your item. We will pay postage to return the item to you.

Shipping for US Customers is $5 for USPS PRIORITY MAIL with delivery confirmation for the first
auction, $4 for each additional. International shipping is $30 via USPS EMS Insured Mail for first
auction and $10 for each additional. Payment for multiple auctions must be made at one time in order
to receive shipping discounts. International buyers are responsible for all custom fees, if applicable. We
normally ship within two business days of cleared payment.
