Pre-owned in Excellent Condition with minimal wear. Silver Tone has no discoloration from wear. I believe the rhinestones are Swarovski Clear Crystal Rhinestones but not sure but there are no chips. Please look at all the pictures thoroughly and read description before you decide to purchase this item
