This is a pretty little southern girl Bell. She is in very good condition with no chips, cracks or crazing. She has the quality and look of Royal Doulton.

She is made of porcelain numbered #60018/Measurements are 4 3/4" tall and 2" high. Has her fan and basket in her hand. I am not sure of the maker but looks vintage and German to me.
