If the item is returned as undeliverable we'll process it as a return or re-ship if the buyer pays any additional shipping fees. We take returns for any reason within 30 days. The item must arrive back in the same condition as it was shipped. If we make a mistake, we'll issue a full refund and cover return shipping cost. There's a 10% restocking fee on normal returns, shipping costs are not refundable and return shipping is the buyer's responsibility.
