Medium: 48" chest

Large: 52" chest, sleeve length from shoulder seam to cuff 23", from neck seam to cuff 30"

X-Large:   56" chest, sleeve length from shoulder seam to cuff 24", from neck seam to cuff 31", from collar to hem 34"

XX-Large: 60" chest

Length varies proportionately but in most cases will reach to just above hips. I'm 5'10", 205 lbs, 44" chest and size Large fits me fine, lots of room.
