Hobart VCM Vertical Meat Chopper Relay & Capacitors w/ Bracket Assembly

I can't make out the part number on the bag for this. The only thing I can read is VCM-15 capacitor. These were parts from an old local Hobart repair shop. I think they are new old stock but there are marked on the terminals and everything is a little dusty. Hobart bag is really rough. You get everything you see in the pictures.
