Unsatisfied Returns or Cancellations:
The customer is fully responsible for returning the product back to our location for a refund or exchange. The customer is fully responsible for returning the product in the same condition and with the same accessories it was sent with or we will deduct this from total refund amount based on the accessories value, or different condition of the item. The customer will have a total of 14 days to make a return after item is received in their possession. If the 14 days have passed, we will be unable to accept the return. ALL unsatisfied returns are subject to a 15% re-stocking fee, so please be aware before making your return
Defective or Significantly not as Described:
If you would like to return the item because it is defective or significantly not as described, we kindly ask that you contact us directly through the Messaging System within 14 days of having the item in your possession. Once the item has been returned, there is a 24 hour inspection period where the item will be inspected to ensure its Non-Functionality, or other reason for return. If the item is not functioning, you will receive an exchange (if requested and available), or a full refund within 2 business days. The customer will have a total of 14 days to make a return after item is received in their possession. If the 14 days have passed, we will be unable to accept the return.
