New but opened.  Still has protective film over the Resin figurine and in the gift box.  I opened it to check to make sure it was ok.  Box has To & From on outside.  1999 Beman Design Concepts, Ltd. The figurine is 4.5"W x 7"H.Box is 6"W x 8.5"H x 2.5D.
