Listed, a Windstream DSL wireless "G"  modem router combo kit. The manufacturer is Sagemcom and the model is F@st 1704. The access IP address to this modem  is 192.168.254.254, enter this in to your browser's address bar and this will allow you to get in and change the modem settings. I was able to connect to my own ATT DSL, but I could not stop the windstream connect  page from popping up to change the DSL provider to the Winstream DSL. If you can get rid of the windstream page, that is great, but for now this wireless modem has been reset to the factory defalt which allows connection to the  windstream DSL provider very simply.
