A custom reproduction of Cloud Strife's Buster Sword from the FFVII game series with a Steampunk twist.

-Constructed primarily from Aluminum the swords are cut from 1/8" sheet, welded together with internal bracing, filled with foam to help prevent internal rattling, then ground and sanded to a smooth finish with textured painting in metallic hues added to finish the product.

- They are approximately 6'-6" from the tip of the blade to the end of the handle and weigh approximately 25 lbs. The blades are 10" wide and 1.25" thick with a battle worn roughness to them.

- The handles, which are welded securely into the blade and re-enforced with a steel inserts, are wrapped in a basket weave pattern with genuine aged brown and gray leather. The handle diameters are 1-1/8".

-Two pieces of 30 mm Copper and Brass Steamateria are incorporated into one piece with brass and aluminum materia in the other. Various gears,cables and electrodes made from brass and copper are attached to give the sense that the Steamateria is powering the weapon. Tried not to overdo it with the gears on either but still give it a Steampunk feel. No two will be exactly alike.

-This one has blue LED light effects on the interior of the blade and on the pushbutton switch. Powered by a 9 volt battery.
