Up for bid is a 1940's Deco frosted ceiling light fixture shade globe.  This globe would be ideal for a ceiling, wall, porch, bedroom or a den light fixture. 
The size of the "fitter" complete diameter is 3 1/4" to outer sides.  The interior "fitter" size is a smidgen under 2 3/4".  Height about 4 3/4".  1/8" rub like mark on outside, no breaks, cracks, chips or fissures.  Pic color is due to indoor and outdoor lighting 2nd pic on the right shows a "closer" color of the glass.  Vintage estimated over 60 years old.
