Due to the nature of the items being handmade, I do not accept returns for refunds. I can not accept returns due to buyers remorse or due to lack of measuring or not measuring properly. My sculptures are not mass made, they are not off the shelf. My sculptures are very involved and take over a week and more in most cases to create for you. So I ask that you please take a moment to measure and remeasure (if needed) your space to know exactly the size that is appropriate for your space,  and I will make sure that It fills your space even if it needs to be customized and made larger  ( additional costs apply) . So please do not hesitate to ask all the questions you need to PRIOR to purchasing. I've tried to accommodate the return policy and its brought me nothing but headaches, lost time and much wasted money with 99% of all PERFECT items being returned to me damaged. (which always bring TEARS to my eyes!!!!!)  So I must have a no return policy to maintain my sanity!  These policies are not for large handmade items like Please understand this when making your purchase.

SHIPMENT DAMAGE
Original box and packaging must be retained during this process. Contact me immediately and be sure to take pictures of the box ( damaged or not ) and take pictures of the damaged sculpture and attach and send them to me through. I will get a claim started and send out a replacement asap!
