Parts repair kits being sold by parts sellers who know very little about electronic circuits are substituting parts incorrectly; all of these kits are missing important parts, contain incorrect non fusible parts, which will cause fire and smoke damage when they fail, have inferior quality parts, unnecessary parts, and are not upgrades of the originals, which do not duplicate our repair, revision and upgrade.

We know this for a fact due to our customers sending us their modules after failed repair attempts using these parts repair kits. In addition, the parts included in these kits will not fix the most common problem with this module. And, positive feedback is frequently being left for these kits before installation or before the problem returns.

More importantly, a high level of soldering skill and equipment is required to replace parts on this fragile circuit board without damaging the copper lands and traces. What often happens is a novice installs all or some of the kit parts damaging the circuit board and introducing additional faults. Another common mistake is that all the kit parts are installed, but all the parts replaced were replacing good parts while missing the faulty part not included in the kit. This is like "the blind leading the blind".

Electronics component level troubleshooting and repair is not based on this type of shotgun approach. It is not like paint-by-numbers, and will result in failure more than 90 % of the time causing disillusionment, frustration, time wasted, and money lost. In addition, you cannot learn electronics this way.

We have received power supply modules from customers who told us they purchased it used and it lasted only a few months or arrived D.O.A. due to the used untested module being salvaged from a broken screen TV. If the screen is broken how did a junk dealer test it properly? We recommend that you not make their same mistake by purchasing a 'Used' or 'New'  module. Let us rebuild and upgrade your original module. Without our upgrade -- all of these power supply modules will fail prematurely due to factory design defects. Used power supply modules of this type are cooked and ready to blow.

After the rebuild is completed on your module we will install it into a television of the same make and model as yours. Then your module will be test played all night, which is typically 12 hours. This is a necessary procedure to burn-in the new parts and to weed out any defects before sending your module back to you.

Errors in the calculations of the design of this power supply have been causing early failures. We will revise and upgrade your module to remove these inherent faults, so your power supply does not fail again for the same problem.

In addition, we use the latest high-grade technologically advanced semiconductors and passive component parts in our module remanufacturing process, and replace defective low grade parts with American or Japanese designed industrial - military grade parts skillfully selected by our electronics engineer. Moreover, these parts are installed using our technologically advanced soldering and optical equipment for laser precision accuracy and quality of work.

We use all certified technicians to repair your module under the supervision of our electronics engineer who routs out the reason for early electronics circuit failures. After careful calculations a revision is given to the technician who implements the repair on your module so it will never fail for the same fault in design again. This translates into a worry-free experience between you and your customer.

We must receive your module intact without damage from previous repairs, tinkering, corrosion, or shipping. We refuse to pay shipping and handling to return a module, which has been damaged by previous repairs, tinkering, corrosion, or shipping back to you if we deem it non repairable or it tests good. However, solely at our discretion we may decide to repair your module if this type of damage is manageable, however turn-around time may increase. Buyer is responsible for initial shipping cost of sending their module to us. Buyer incurs a payment processing fee for a canceled order. If the preceding terms are met and we deem your module non repairable (very unlikely) we will refund your full purchase price and return your module to you at our shipping expense unlike our competition, otherwise no refunds after work is completed. Buyer agrees with these terms when clicking the 'Buy' button or equivalent.
