OUR BIGGEST PROBLEM IN 2017 WAS SHIPPING, COST & TIME:
Please note we do our best to get items to you in a timely fashion but there are times that the item is shipped out at a later date.
Right now is our worst weather, Jan-March there will be times due to ice, snow that we can not get out to get your items to the post office. We will try our best to let our buyers know this if this occurs.
COST: We have no control over this. USPS & FEDEX sets those cost for you. There are times that claculator does not calculate correctly, but when in doubt message us before paying for your item with your zip code and we will gladly get it packaged weighed and get you a cost for you.
TIME: again once we get your packaged scanned at our location it is out of our hands and we can not be held responsible for this. the only way to guarantee a refund is to have insurance on it and it will cover lost or damaged items.
Once your item has tracking uploaded and scanned at our local post office We are no longer held responsible.
CANCELING AN ITEM: Before paying no problem, If you have paid for an item, you will be charged 20% to cancel this will cover our loss in sales and fees. We have had to many doing this lately and it is not fair to sellers, Please make sure you want the item before paying for the item.
RETURNS: You must first notify us before making a claim, let us work this out with you before you pull into it. Remember this is our business and we would like to work it out with you before we have to pull into it.
