which does not include the book. The reproduction dust jacket is trimmed,
enclosed in Mylar, and prefitted and formed to put on your book
and protect and beautiful it for your lifetime.

This quality dust jacket will be signed on the reverse edge by myself, John Anthony Miller. , in number two pencil, by the artist, John Anthony Miller for additional collectiblity.

Artistically rendered in San Buenaventura, California at the John Anthony Miller studio of art, etching and engraving in conjunction with Phantom Bookshop, 2018

This jacket is hand-produced and labeled as a reproduction dust jacket. I sell no more than 15-20 of these per year (if that) as they are labor-intensive. I am primarily an artist, and these special dust jackets are treated as artistic works made to the highest standards.

This is a quality reproduction dust jacket for the first edition book. Jungle Girl jackets are a rare find in first edition.

About a first edition Jungle Girl book: The cover will be in blue cloth with printing on the cover and spine in red ink. There will be no indication of a first edition on the reverse of the title page. All but two of these blue Burroughs, Inc. books have “First Edition” states. There will also be four black and white full page illustrations on glossy paper.

If you want me to make one of these for a Grosset & Dunlap reprint (these were printed in red cloth stamped in black ink), I can do that. It will impress those who look on the shelf.

Special paper, archival ink, enclosed in a removable Mylar jacket protector, pre-folded on an actual book from which this jacket was referred to, and ready to put onto your book. This piece of protective art for your book was digitally restored and will be signed in pencil on the reverse edge of your jacket by John Anthony Miller, award-winning artist.

A testimony about my quality of my work. One of many. Indicated on my “feedback” as well.

"John's unique artistry was evident as soon as I saw The Great Gatsby dust jacket. Having seen scores of facsimile jackets, John's work is in a completely different league. The rich tonal quality of the colors is breathtaking and the weight of the paper is carefully considered. He satisfied the needs of the most demanding client, even during a personally trying time. I look forward to doing continued business with him in the future and give him my highest recommendation." - Ryan Dohm, Profiles in History.
