Compact wooden cribbage board, with 2 red and 2 white pegs, in box fitted with directions from H. Baron & Company, NY.  The case appears to be of leatherette (paper made to look like leather) and has a slide in closure.  There is slight loss to the case at the closure, as seen in photos.  The case is marked "Cribbage Board" in stamped gold letters.  The instructions tell how to play the game.  The board is in two sections, and when together they measure 10 inches long, 2 inches wide approximately.  When encased it is 5 inches long, 2 inches wide.  The outer box, with folded instructions, may or may not be original, although the instructions fit precisely in the box.
